WHEN SHOULD YOU CHECK YOUR LINES?
Lines should be checked every 25 jumps - even less for thinner lines, 15-20 jumps max.
HOW SHOULD YOU CHECK YOUR LINES?
Check lines for abrasion/fuzzyness. Brake lines wear faster than suspension lines generally. Pay close attention to connector link end loops (the ones that go on your softlinks). Wear can occur on the inside of the loops so make sure to get in and have a good look. Outer most loops tend to wear the hardest. Our Test Jumpers take us through checking lines for wear in this video on our YouTube Channel.
Read our Help Centre article 'When is it time for a reline?' for more information on looking after your canopy.
