Mini ribs are small pieces of fabric that have a shape similar to the trailing edge of the ribs.
They are placed between each rib to prevent the tail inflating too much and losing its shape. They make the trailing edge of the parachute sharper and more aerodynamic.
They help improve the performance of the parachute, in particular, the glide ratio on full drive.
Our Test Jumpers felt it also improved flare. And who doesn't love good flare?
