Warranty Parachutes sometimes fail to function properly, even when correctly assembled, packed and operated, so that the risk for serious injuries or even death exists each time you use this system. NZ Aerosports Ltd makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, and disclaims any liability in tort for damages, personal injuries or death. Warranty for manufacturing quality is covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
