If you'd like to have a logo or custom design added to your canopy, the first step is to email our sales team with your request. Please include the following in your email:
- The canopy model & size you want to order
- Artwork in high-res Vector format
- The number of cells you would like the logo to cover
It's a good idea to download and read our SkyArt Cut & Sew Guide to make sure your design meets the requirements.
If you already have an order placed and want to upgrade it, get in touch with our Sales Team as soon as possible. Make sure to reference your order number in the email.
Once we have the artwork, we'll send it off to our designer to create a mock up of the canopy. There may be a bit of back and forth before the design is finalised. Then the order will be set up, you'll be asked to make a 50% non-refundable deposit. As soon as payment is received, your order will be confirmed and sent to the preproduction queue.
Lead times are calculated at the time the order is confirmed. Depending on the canopy model and how complicated the design is, it may be more than the current lead time. We'll keep you posted.
