What is the difference between a SkyArt printed logo and a cut & sew logo?
With our SkyArt printing process, the design is printed directly onto the canopy. Our cut & sew logos are designs cut from ZP fabric and then sewn onto the canopy.
Why are you no longer offering SkyArt printed logos?
We have had to put a pause on this service due to quality issues with the printing process. We now offer cut & sew logos. You can read more about the issues we are having in our Help Centre article.
How do I get a quote for a logo canopy?
Send an email to our Sales Team with your request.
What should I say in my enquiry?
Specify canopy model and size, how many cells the logo will cover and attach the artwork to the email.
What file type should I send my artwork as?
Please send your artwork as a Vector file. We can convert on request, however there is an additional charge for this service.
Can I see how the artwork looks on my canopy before I order?
Yes, as part of the order process we will design a 'mock up' canopy with the artwork provided. Orders are confirmed once the design has been finalised with the Sales Team.
Does artwork affect lead time?
It can, but we will advise if this is the case. Lead time is calculated from the date the order is confirmed and payment of deposit received.
Do I need to pay a deposit for a logo or SkyArt canopy?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to confirm the order and is non-refundable. See our Terms of Service for more information on this.
Do logos increase the pack volume?
With cut & sew logos, there is an increase in pack volume due to the nature of the process. It also depends on the size of the logo as to how much the volume increases so please check with our Sales Team in your enquiry.
