How to request a new password

If you have forgotten your password, follow these instructions to request a new one.

1. On the Sign In Page, click on 'Forgot Your Password?'
2. Enter your account email and click on the 'SEND REQUEST LINK' Button
3. Go to your email inbox where you should have received an email titled 'Reset Password' and click the link in the email
4. In the 'Reset Password' web page type in a new password and re-enter that password again.
5. Click on the 'SAVE PASSWORD' Button once you are satisfied with your new password
6. Once you are successful in reseting your password, enter in your details into the Sign In page to login
